Shipping & Return Policy

Air Support Angel's Foundation reserves the right to make carrier selection based on current rates, reliability and transit schedules unless the Purchaser request alternate transportation service. Actually most standard shipments made by Air Support Angel's Foundation are USPS Priority Mail, however, this method is not guaranteed for time sensitive shipments. Its recommended that in cases when you need an order by specific dates you should contact us for alternate shipments or options. Extra charges may be required.

Air Support Angel's Foundation is not responsible for delays in making delivery or any failure to make delivery due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to acts or regulations of any governmental authority, acts of God, public disorders, fire, work stoppage or slowdown, accident, flood, war and national emergency.

Procedures for All Returns or Exchanges

The following procedures apply to all returns for refund or exchange:

  • All merchandise must be returned by the customer who purchased it directly to the following address:

    • All products to be returned must have a Return Authorization Number which is obtained by emailing  This return authorization number (RMA) must be written on each carton returned. 

    • The return is accompanied by:

    • Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to Air Support Angel's Foundation shipping pre-paid.  Air Support Angel's Foundation does not accept shipping- collect packages. 

  • No refund or replacement of product will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.
